早上開完會便和同事及 Joanna 去吟彩吃日本菜，賣相不錯，只是不便宜。晚上約了 腸＆Katie 去合和中心對面的 QRE 六樓 BB’s European Cuisine，雖然顧客不多，但質素並不輸蝕，而且價格相宜。

光哥回港渡假，八月廿三日在家吃飯，有魚翅。八月三十日，帶一家三口遊車河，到過麥奀、蓮香、山頂，最後在深井傅記吃燒鵝。
