計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。
三分推介的英式全日早餐，一食食左兩個鐘。
菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。
