因為 Joan 手上的旅行哩數快要到期，不多不少只能換到短線機票，最後 book 到來回曼谷的機票。可惜的是安排不到生日當天起程或回程，但在外地過生日也算是美事。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
