慕名已久的 Chef Eddy。美味的一頓飯，但貴 ～
應承了花花去奈良美智展覽，這天適逢五一勞動假，便到金鐘一趟。中午到名都飲茶，見到久違了的點心車。往展覽館途中，路過香港公園時又看見雪糕電單車，恍惚回到了舊時。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
由同事發起的一次燒烤，地點為馬鞍山郊野公園。
