回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

這天即慶到谷埔遊，原因有三，一）有人想買蜜糖；二）日本買了二手相機，總要找個理由試一試；三）夏季將至，襯乍暖還寒之際，有得行山好行了。
