回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

是日好天氣加新機入手，本來想去濕地公園。先到流浮山小桃源午膳，再到大街閒遊，行完歸家，最後沒去濕地公園。

即興到了澳門吃喝玩樂了半天，因為 Alan 有工作在身沒有一起來，文哥又想回美前跟 Alan 吃一頓飯，所以在黃昏前趕返香港。晚上在北角高麗韓國餐廳吃韓國燒烤。
