2010 年，因為要處理爸爸的身後事，難得四兄弟在香港聚首一堂。早上在寶福山處理骨灰事宜後，晚上在三聖吃飯，拍下了沒有老爸的家庭合照。

一年一度 Ken&Carol 回港大日子，我特地在將軍澳浦田設宴款待 Ken 及趙伯母一家。

籌備已久並差點流會的一百分聚會，多謝 Karen 及 6 預備食材。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
