Hiking Trip with friends in February 2003.
這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

由海象隊吹雞的三聖海鮮晚餐，由司力架同車頭主理，以數量震憾見稱，聖旨去殼當炒麵咁炒，買賴尿蝦以缸為單位，全晚只有海鮮都食唔晒。
