回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
2004 年文哥去了加拿大山區旅遊。
Ken 每年都會回港一次，說要找一個地方影相，其實很多地方他都去過了，要找新鮮的景點實在傷腦根，加上天氣不穩，拍攝遠景大多都會掃興。這次選擇了在港島南的大潭水塘，最美的要算那條古老石橋。
新入手 Sony A6000，配上老菜頭，試了兩張食物相。
天氣轉涼，又去谷埔食野同買蜜糖。
