因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
由海象隊吹雞的三聖海鮮晚餐，由司力架同車頭主理，以數量震憾見稱，聖旨去殼當炒麵咁炒，買賴尿蝦以缸為單位，全晚只有海鮮都食唔晒。
聞名已久。剛好 RubyMichael 約食午飯，一拍即合。
