在北京公幹時已見龍友荷花照片充斥面書，返港後急不及待去雲泉影荷花，幸好還趕得上花期。

菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。

一天，Alan 及華哥忽發奇想，想到大伯的舊居銀鳳園走一轉，連同長叔、我 及 Frankie 一同五人吹雞成行。
