過年前在 HKTV Mall 訂了一箱毛蟹，這隻北海道毛蟹很夠蟹味，很夠肉，在 whatsapp 群組吹一吹，大伙兒又團購了兩箱。
因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
