一年一度難民網友吹雞的三聖海鮮飯局，同樣以數量見稱。

這是我第四次來到曼谷，入住 Sukhumvit 區 Soi 26 的 DoubleTree Hilton 酒店，位置就在香港人喜愛的榮泰魚蛋粉旁。

剛到將軍澳上任不久，即慶約良哥在將軍澳海港食飯。

六月份一個跟職訓局到北京清華大學的交流活動。為期七天，除了每天到清華大學上課外，還參觀了昇旗、天安門廣場、吉利大學、國家博物館及 798 藝術區。
