一個悠閒的周日下午，去了大尾篤龍尾村的 BB 開心棧，平時周末特別旺場的食店卻出奇地無乜食客。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。

想了幾年的河背水塘遊，臨行前一晚驚覺朋友家原來距離河背水塘很接近，於是便邀請朋友同行，順道泊低架車。
