回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

相機剛入手，影了幾張羽毛球照來試機。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

跟團長和腸嫂很久沒 fine dining，今次去 PMQ 的 Aberdeen Street Social，過了一個很愉快的晚上。
