既然東京已經遊覽過好幾次，這次總得要找點新意，這次便安排住在銀座。另外，Joan 的日本朋友介紹我們去國營常陸海濱公園，說這幾天正好是粉蝶花盛開的時候。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
