想了幾年的河背水塘遊，臨行前一晚驚覺朋友家原來距離河背水塘很接近，於是便邀請朋友同行，順道泊低架車。

小弟昇職，在三聖村擺下一圍英雄宴，宴請 100fun 班大哥大姐們。

每年重陽節前，各圍村都忙於煮盆菜。我住在圍村超過十年，吃最多是上水盆菜，也吃過錦田元朗的盆菜，大致上差不多。是年的大圍盆菜宴，用鹽水鴨、粉絲和蝦做的盆菜，跟北區人以豬肉為主的盆菜不同。
