回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

出席了香港大學圖書館舉辦的 Leadership Institute 而到了上海一趟，順道約了住在南京的 Gary 及 Christine。
