好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。

2010 年紐約回港後，相約好友食飯及派手信。

同屋企人的聖誕扒餐，特別試下新入既豬扒。同場加映，Joan 主理既 Risotto，選用前一日食剩既赤米蝦。
