國慶長假期 Frankie 和 Deborah 到多倫多美食自由行，先後到過名門金宴、魚樂軒、大都會茶餐廳及黃三記。
2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。
受同行友人邀請，四月初到大阪參加業界學術會議，順道觀賞大阪櫻花。
