一年一度，Ken and Carol 來港消費。

出席了香港大學圖書館舉辦的 Leadership Institute 而到了上海一趟，順道約了住在南京的 Gary 及 Christine。

每逢夏季 Ken 回港，去雲泉影荷花變成例行公事。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
