因朋友說要品嘗圍村盆菜，於是在 2014 年尾的長周末時搞了一場盆菜宴。

計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。
朋友在丹竹坑租了一塊農地，我經常去打搞，這天耕作完畢後去了聯和墟新漢記吃客家菜。
