Frankie 及 Deborah 回港，在皇仁舊生會設了飯局宴請吳氏一家。為免兩手空空赴會，特地帶上老細送的一支老紅酒 Chateau Moulin Saint Georges 1996。

行完山出左去西貢食午飯，去了旺泰特食。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
