六十年一屆的上水太平清醮，一生人只有見到一次，長壽的可以參與兩次。一連三天的慶典，包括石湖墟巡遊、唱大戲、鬼王巡遊、千人盤菜等等。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
