Greyhound 喺美國係長途巴士公司，仲記得以前由紐約坐去多倫多要成十一個鐘，最難忘係難頂既巴士廁所味，同一位話不投機既鄰座旅客。喺 IFC 見到間餐廳用呢個名，忍唔住入去 fusion 一下。
早前美國機票大平賣，紐約朋友都襯平票來港遊玩。適逢 Frankie 另一位朋友 Kitty 來港，我便照抄舊路線，帶了他們新界一日遊，行程包括旺角金華、西貢、流浮山、上水等地方。
