過年前在 HKTV Mall 訂了一箱毛蟹，這隻北海道毛蟹很夠蟹味，很夠肉，在 whatsapp 群組吹一吹，大伙兒又團購了兩箱。

天氣轉涼，又去谷埔食野同買蜜糖。
因公務到了薄扶林一趟，順道一嚐中廚午餐。
年晚訂了鴻星盆菜晚飯，因為太好餸，半盆盆菜留到年初一在上水打邊爐。
利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
