適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

早前美國機票大平賣，紐約朋友都襯平票來港遊玩。適逢 Frankie 另一位朋友 Kitty 來港，我便照抄舊路線，帶了他們新界一日遊，行程包括旺角金華、西貢、流浮山、上水等地方。
