除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
因為方便一家人自駕旅遊，行程都以近郊為主，而在大阪近郊，有城池也有溫泉，便選擇了和歌山及白濱這個行程。

因為 DD 團購不勝負荷，已經有一段時間沒組團了，但最近傳出風聲牛排團又吹雞，趕快把冰箱最後兩塊消化掉。剛好酒櫃還有一支小號西班牙酒，份量正好適合我和 Joan 飲用。
