參加了香港大學舉辦的 Leadership Institute 課程，到了泰國曼谷五天。頭四天都在酒店會議室上課，沒有拍照，唯獨最後一天到朱拉隆功大學參觀時，才帶相機去。

零九年，Amanda 相約去看演唱會。

好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
