一心想帶文哥去一樂食燒鵝，點知一樂休息一個月，唯有改去大埔海港。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。

過年前在 HKTV Mall 訂了一箱毛蟹，這隻北海道毛蟹很夠蟹味，很夠肉，在 whatsapp 群組吹一吹，大伙兒又團購了兩箱。

利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
