除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
剛入手八枚玉，到三姐海鮮午餐並試鏡，八枚玉質素未試到，但這天的三姐卻是幫襯多年以來最差的一次 🙁
