一年一度 OU 舊同事吹水會，今年準備了八鄉南苑盆菜，比上水盆菜較入味，頭盆是慢煮四小時的斧頭扒。

國慶長假期 Frankie 和 Deborah 到多倫多美食自由行，先後到過名門金宴、魚樂軒、大都會茶餐廳及黃三記。

天氣轉涼，又去谷埔食野同買蜜糖。
