上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
因公務到了薄扶林一趟，順道一嚐中廚午餐。
這次北海道之旅可算來得突然，二月時人事部告知我要在三月底前清五天假，否則將被當作放棄。如是者，便四處看看有沒有平機票，剛巧看北海道機票才五千元上下，便計劃了五天行程。
