好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。
周日下午，又去大尾篤 late lunch，食完專程去中大鏡湖影相，但點知無水。
計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。

荃灣蘭香馳名雜醬麵，舖面雖小，但早年新張時卻有一班影星剪綵，也許老闆是娛樂圈中人。早飯後去了鐵路博物館一遊。
