除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
爸爸媽媽到鹿頸及南涌一遊
跟 Joan 同事到台北快閃旅遊渡周末，由香港出發至抵港，剛好 48 小時。

因為 Joan 沒那麼多假期，唯有快閃一處最接近的地方：台北，前後四十八小時。這次旅程主要是『食』為主，吃過甜不辣、大腸麵線、鹽水雞、永和豆漿、劉山東牛肉麵、福州胡椒餅、鮨群、點水樓及豬腳味雪糕。
