荃灣蘭香馳名雜醬麵，舖面雖小，但早年新張時卻有一班影星剪綵，也許老闆是娛樂圈中人。早飯後去了鐵路博物館一遊。
因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。

想了幾年的河背水塘遊，臨行前一晚驚覺朋友家原來距離河背水塘很接近，於是便邀請朋友同行，順道泊低架車。
