這次美國之行早在一年前已經籌備，日蝕時間為八月尾，機位必然非常緊張。除了日蝕，其餘在美的時間則在逛大都會博物館，本來希望看完整個博物館，但極其量也只是看了一半。

與舊同事到尖鼻嘴行山，用的是 Yashica 雙鏡反光相機。

在北京公幹時已見龍友荷花照片充斥面書，返港後急不及待去雲泉影荷花，幸好還趕得上花期。

是日約了在香港公園打波，中午到灣仔食飯後，到香港公園閒逛。打完波到港大校友會食飯。
