利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。

參加了香港大學舉辦的 Leadership Institute 課程，到了泰國曼谷五天。頭四天都在酒店會議室上課，沒有拍照，唯獨最後一天到朱拉隆功大學參觀時，才帶相機去。
七月上旬，爸媽到 Q 舅賓州的度假屋時留影，另兩幀攝於紐約南街碼頭。
2009 年跟同事去的台灣旅遊，到過台北、野柳、烏來等地方。
