除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。
