六月份一個跟職訓局到北京清華大學的交流活動。為期七天，除了每天到清華大學上課外，還參觀了昇旗、天安門廣場、吉利大學、國家博物館及 798 藝術區。

一年一度意粉記念日，前年的慶祝地點是 Chef Eddy，今次又去 Chef Eddy 私房菜，只是老闆 Eddy 已經由香港仔搬到銅鑼灣。今次主打黑松露，正合我河車。
