同屋企人的聖誕扒餐，特別試下新入既豬扒。同場加映，Joan 主理既 Risotto，選用前一日食剩既赤米蝦。

今年的周年晚飯選了在灣仔的 BB’s 慶祝，餐廳雖然冷清，全晚只有我和 Joan，但海鮮不論冷盤還是熱盤都一樣出色。巧合地，我們的頭盤及主菜都點了海鮮。
又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
