2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。

由同事發起的一次燒烤，地點為馬鞍山郊野公園。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。

一心想帶文哥去一樂食燒鵝，點知一樂休息一個月，唯有改去大埔海港。
