因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

一年一度的美國行，今年的隨團團友除 Joan 外，還有媽媽及大哥 Alan，一家人更浩浩盪盪地去大峽谷及中部的國家公園遊覽。
