這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。
這次在 DD 牛扒團訂單中加了小牛扒，便即興用 Nike 鍋來 Sabu Sabu，另外買了菜、菇、豬肉片及冰箱的烏冬。同場加映，周日早上的三文魚炒蛋早餐。
