除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
