替 Joan 爸爸慶祝父親節，到很久沒光顧的上環素藝社，訂位時驚覺素藝社已結業，馬上詢問熟客茶茶。原來素藝社只是改了名字，現在叫寶彩軒。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
