除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
光哥回港渡假，八月廿三日在家吃飯，有魚翅。八月三十日，帶一家三口遊車河，到過麥奀、蓮香、山頂，最後在深井傅記吃燒鵝。
