六十年一屆的上水太平清醮，一生人只有見到一次，長壽的可以參與兩次。一連三天的慶典，包括石湖墟巡遊、唱大戲、鬼王巡遊、千人盤菜等等。

年晚訂了鴻星盆菜晚飯，因為太好餸，半盆盆菜留到年初一在上水打邊爐。
