除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
小弟昇職，在三聖村擺下一圍英雄宴，宴請 100fun 班大哥大姐們。

是日約了在香港公園打波，中午到灣仔食飯後，到香港公園閒逛。打完波到港大校友會食飯。
與 Ken 一家暢遊澳門，品嚐地道美食及觀賞水舞間。
Ken 到港短遊，早上到維記吃早餐，下午到利苑吃午飯，但無叉燒食。
