因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。

一年一度 OU 舊同事吹水會，今年準備了八鄉南苑盆菜，比上水盆菜較入味，頭盆是慢煮四小時的斧頭扒。
